Cheese paste

This cheese paste has a great passage in our house. We eat it with great appetite, in the morning for breakfast, at lunch in the form of an aperitif, and whenever we pass by the bowl with this wonder that makes us alluring with the eye. It's very good, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

  • 500 g cow's cheese
  • a yolk
  • a teaspoon of mustard
  • salt
  • oil
  • a small onion cut into small pieces

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Salt the cheese, mix well, and set aside until the mayonnaise is ready.

The yolk and mustard are mixed with a pinch of salt, after which oil is added gradually, stirring continuously and in the same direction. Add oil until a strong mayonnaise is obtained.

Lightly mix the mayonnaise with the cheese until it becomes a creamy paste. At the end, add finely chopped onions.
