Chicken slices

They are very good, and tender :)

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • flour (enough to be a thicker composition)
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken slices:

Wash the chicken breasts, then cut into thin strips, salt and pepper. Make the composition: beat the eggs well with a whisk until they become foam, then add the milk, flour (to make a dough thicker than pancakes) and salt and pepper to taste, and at the end the baking powder (so that the dough is fluffier and grows). The breast strips are passed through this composition and fried in hot oil until browned. Serve hot as well as cold with a salad of vegetables. Enjoy!
